Sourcing tiers

Every factual claim carries one of three tags. DURABLE: confirmed by a primary source (government release, official filing, the company's own published statement). REPORTED: carried by credible press but not yet confirmed primary; we name the outlet. TARGET: a stated goal or date; targets are never presented as achievements, and Dholera's history of slipping dates is exactly why.

Primary sources we rely on

• dholera.gujarat.gov.in, nicdc.in, gidb.org, and DSIRDA planning documents
• PIB releases (for example Release ID 2260624 for the rail approval)
• CEA quarterly reports for solar capacity
• Company press pages: tataelectronics.com, tata.com, fujifilm.com
• gujrera.gujarat.gov.in for project registration
• Established press for REPORTED items, named per entry

Neutrality

We are not affiliated with DSIRDA, DICDL, NICDC, any developer, broker, or listing portal. We name companies when they act; we never rate, rank, or recommend them. We publish no plot prices because no reliable public source for them exists, and we treat every appreciation claim as marketing.

Corrections

When we get something wrong we correct the entry in place, mark the correction with a date, and keep the page's history honest. Write to [email protected] with a source and we will act on it.

Independence

This site earns nothing from anything you buy in Dholera. If that ever changes, this page will say so before anything else does.
