Dholera Satyagraha: salt-law civil disobedience at Dholera port after Dandi; Amritlal Seth leads about 21 satyagrahis, Balwantrai Mehta a larger contingent on 13 April.

Gujarat Special Investment Region Act creates Dholera SIR's legal basis; the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor programme takes shape with Dholera as its largest node, a reported superlative.
