NICDC monitoring report: Rs 2,784.83 crore activation packages, 545 acres allotted, Tata Chemicals named anchor
The NICDC Delivery Monitoring Unit report dated 30 June 2026 records Rs 2,784.83 crore of approved activation-area infrastructure packages with matching equity released, 48.31 sq km transferred to DICDL, and 14 plots covering 545 acres allotted, 476 of them industrial.
The report names Tata Chemicals as the flagship industrial allottee and lists 1,043 acres of industrial land plus 1,031 acres of other land still available for allotment. It also records the project's environmental clearance of 19 September 2014 and the Bhimnath-Dholera rail approval of 21 September 2021.
This is the highest-tier public money figure available for Dholera's activation-area build-out, and a useful antidote to both inflated and dismissive claims about what has actually been spent and allotted.
