DICDL changed statutory auditor between the two annual reports
The 2023-24 accounts were audited by M/s V.V. Patel & Co. and the 2024-25 accounts by M/s C.P Jain & Co., a change neither report explains.
Confirmed by an official document: a government release, a filing, or the company's own published statement.
In a government company the statutory auditor is appointed by the Comptroller and Auditor General rather than chosen by the board, so an auditor change carries a different meaning than it would in a private company and should not be read as a dispute. Neither report gives a reason and we do not have one, so the reason is printed as unknown.
