Land and allotment

This page records land at Dholera as the documents record it: how much has been transferred, how much has been allotted and to whom, how much may legally be sold, and how much is reserved for roads and public space. It publishes no plot prices, because no reliable public source for them exists.

An Ahmedabad club has bought 186 acres on the Dholera corridor, about 15 km from the airport

DeshGujarat reported on 6 August 2026 that Rajpath Club has unveiled plans for a third campus on 186 acres near Varna village, close to Vataman Chowkdi on the Ahmedabad to Dholera corridor and about 15 kilometres from the airport under construction.

The May 2026 monitoring report moves Dholera's allotted area by a single acre

The report as at 31 May 2026 records 504 acres allotted against 503 in January, with commercial, residential and other land available falling from 1,033 to 1,032 acres. The plot count stays at 12.

The January 2026 monitoring report shows no change on any Dholera measure

The Delivery Monitoring Unit report as at 31 January 2026 repeats every figure from the November 2025 report without movement: 12 plots, 503 acres allotted, 436 acres of it industrial, 300 MW of solar commissioned and 48.31 square kilometres transferred.

A twelfth plot appears in the November 2025 monitoring report, the first movement in five months

Four consecutive monitoring reports from June to October 2025 all recorded 11 plots and 495 acres allotted at Dholera. The report as at 30 November 2025 records 12 plots and 503 acres, with industrial land available falling from 1,091 to 1,083 acres.

Tata Chemicals dropped off Dholera's named allottee list and Inox Air Products appeared

The list of named industrial allottees changed between DICDL's two annual reports, with Tata Chemicals present in the 2023-24 list and absent from the 2024-25 one, and Inox Air Products appearing in its place.

Gujarat's land contribution to Dholera is on the books at Rs 2,898.50 crore, and the share register is built one share to the rupee

Both annual reports state that Gujarat transferred 48.31 square kilometres of land to DICDL as matching equity, valued at Rs 2,898.50 crore, and the shareholding is issued at exactly one share for each rupee on both sides.
