DICDL is appealing a Rs 64.67 lakh income tax demand from 2018-19
DICDL received an assessment order dated 29 March 2024 for assessment year 2018-19 raising a demand of Rs 64.67 lakh, and filed an appeal on 18 April 2024 which is still in progress.

This is small money by Dholera's standards and it is recorded here because a wire that only carries big numbers is not a record. The appeal is before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and the outcome is not disclosed.
Note to the FY2024-25 financial statements: the company received an assessment order dated March 29, 2024 for AY 2018-19 under section 143(3) read with sections 263 and 144B, raising a demand of Rs 64.67 lakh. It filed an appeal before the CIT(A) on April 18, 2024. Appellate proceedings are in progress.
