The quoted line was that the expected date of completion of the Dholera greenfield airport project is December 2025. Twelve months later the airport was reported at about 80 percent complete after a ministerial review, with operations targeted for September or October 2026.
One thing to be careful about. We could not read the underlying parliamentary answer, because the civil aviation ministry's copies are scanned images that do not extract cleanly. So this entry is attributed to DeshGujarat's report of the answer and not to the answer itself, and it is labelled reported rather than confirmed for that reason. We are not going to write Parliament was told as though we had read the paper.
