The May 2026 monitoring report moves Dholera's allotted area by a single acre
The report as at 31 May 2026 records 504 acres allotted against 503 in January, with commercial, residential and other land available falling from 1,033 to 1,032 acres. The plot count stays at 12.

The DMU report as on 31.05.2026 records 12 plots and 504 acres allotted, 436 acres industrial, 1,083 acres industrial available and 1,032 acres commercial/residential/other available, against 503 and 1,033 acres in the January report.
