A twelfth plot appears in the November 2025 monitoring report, the first movement in five months
Four consecutive monitoring reports from June to October 2025 all recorded 11 plots and 495 acres allotted at Dholera. The report as at 30 November 2025 records 12 plots and 503 acres, with industrial land available falling from 1,091 to 1,083 acres.
Confirmed by an official document: a government release, a filing, or the company's own published statement.
Eight acres moved. That is the whole change, and it took five months. Anybody being told that Dholera land is being taken up quickly can be pointed at this series, which is a central government return rather than an opinion.
The reports name no allottee, so who took the twelfth plot is not in this document and is printed as unknown below.
The DMU reports as on 30.06.2025, 31.08.2025, 30.09.2025 and 31.10.2025 all record 11 plots and 495 acres allotted, 428 acres of it industrial. The report as on 30.11.2025 records 12 plots and 503 acres, 436 acres industrial, with industrial land available falling from 1,091 to 1,083 acres.
