Tata Chemicals dropped off Dholera's named allottee list and Inox Air Products appeared

The list of named industrial allottees changed between DICDL's two annual reports, with Tata Chemicals present in the 2023-24 list and absent from the 2024-25 one, and Inox Air Products appearing in its place.

Confirmed by an official document: a government release, a filing, or the company's own published statement.

Both lists are explicitly described as non-exhaustive, so a company being absent from one is not evidence it left. We say that plainly because the opposite reading is the one a plot advertisement would take. The 2023-24 report names Semifab Private Limited, Tata Chemicals, Renew Photovoltaics and Polycab India. The 2024-25 report names Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing Private Limited, which is Semifab renamed, along with Renew Photovoltaics, Polycab India and Inox Air Products.

Industrial land allotted moved from 522 acres to 530 acres, out of 1,519 acres available, unchanged between the two reports. Neither report gives acreage per allottee, so nobody can say from this document how much land any one company holds.

What the source itself says

The FY2023-24 report names Semifab Private Limited, TATA Chemicals Limited, Renew Photovoltaics Private Limited and Polycab India Limited, with 522 acres allotted of 1,519 acres available. Both lists are explicitly non-exhaustive and neither gives per-allottee acreage.

Last verified: 11 August 2026. Read the status column this way. CONFIRMED means the named document states the figure. REPORTED means a credible outlet states it and no document confirms it. TARGET means somebody is aiming at it. UNKNOWN means no source we hold gives it, and we would rather leave the row empty than fill it with an estimate.
