Seksaria Buildcon and The Amore Banquet won the Dholera three-star hotel plot

A joint venture of M/s Seksaria Buildcon LLP and The Amore Banquet received a letter of award on 24 December 2024 for a corporate three-star hotel at Dholera, with a stated investment of about Rs 35 crore and more than 100 rooms planned.

Confirmed by an official document: a government release, a filing, or the company's own published statement.

As with the other e-auction award in the same report, the Rs 35 crore is the winner's stated investment plan rather than the price paid for the plot. The auction consideration is not disclosed. A hotel matters at this stage for the same reason the investor accommodation block does, because the people who decide whether to build a factory somewhere have to sleep somewhere while they decide.
