The Dholera tent city was awarded on 27 March 2025 to M/s Kamnath Private Limited on a public private partnership with a ten year operating period, and the annual report records Rs 1.55 crore of management fees receivable by DICDL rather than a construction cost paid out.

The Fiscal Support Agreement for the Tata Electronics-PSMC fab at Dholera was signed on 5 March 2025, with the PIB documentation citing Rs 91,526 crore of project cost under the India Semiconductor Mission, which covers half of eligible cost.
