An accommodation block for investors was awarded to Unique Builders at Rs 26.72 crore

DICDL awarded the contract for accommodation facilities for investors on 27 March 2025 to M/s Unique Builders at a project cost of Rs 26.72 crore, with construction starting on 24 April 2025.

Confirmed by an official document: a government release, a filing, or the company's own published statement.

The building sits on a plot of 12,096.71 square metres with a built-up area of 4,000 square metres, on an EPC basis with M/s TPF Engineering as project management consultant. It is the sort of building an industrial region puts up early, because companies inspecting a site need somewhere to stay before there is a town.

There is a second half to this story further down the wire. Operating the same building is one of the contracts DICDL has out to tender now, more than a year after the construction contract was signed.
