The contractor that built Dholera's main office block has five claims outstanding against DICDL
The company that built the ABCD Building, Dholera's administrative and business centre, has raised five separate claims against DICDL, and the annual report prints each of them.
Confirmed by an official document: a government release, a filing, or the company's own published statement.
The Administration and Business Centre of Dholera was awarded on an EPC basis to M/s Cube Construction Engineering Limited at a contract amount of Rs 72,31,11,111. The five claims cover excess built-up area, a steel price difference and escalation, extra foundation cost, outstanding maintenance service bills, and recovery of the bank charges for extending the performance guarantee. The largest by a distance is the built-up area claim at Rs 20.16 crore.
The report prints the five amounts and does not print a total, so the total in the table below is our arithmetic on its figures and is labelled as such. It also does not say how the claims were resolved, or whether they have been, so the outcome is unknown.
