The Dholera food court went to SCC Infrastructure at Rs 17.47 crore, the same firm that won the hospital

DICDL awarded the food court contract to M/s SCC Infrastructure on 7 May 2025 at a total project cost of Rs 17.47 crore, the second Dholera contract recorded in the same report for that firm.

Confirmed by an official document: a government release, a filing, or the company's own published statement.

The report describes eight kitchens and counters, four shops and seating for 600, on land of 7,466.84 square metres with a built-up area of 2,981 square metres. The contract is EPC with M/s TPF Engineering as project management consultant, and construction started on 4 June 2025.

The award date falls after the 31 March 2025 balance sheet date, so the report discloses it as a subsequent event rather than as part of the year. That is an accounting distinction rather than a doubt about the fact.
