The Dholera fire station contract was awarded on an item-rate basis, not EPC

M/s Aditya Infrabuilcon Pvt. Ltd. won the Dholera fire station contract on 28 February 2025 at a project cost of Rs 20.12 crore, and the annual report records the contract as item rate rather than EPC.

Confirmed by an official document: a government release, a filing, or the company's own published statement.

An item-rate contract prices each item of work separately and pays for the quantity actually built, so the final bill moves with the measured work. An EPC contract fixes a price for the whole job up front. All the other Dholera social infrastructure contracts in the same report are EPC, and this one is not, which is the sort of detail that only appears if somebody reads the document.

The station is recorded with eleven garages on a plot of 8,793.63 square metres and a built-up area of 3,001 square metres, with M/s TPF Engineering as project management consultant. Construction started on 9 May 2025.
