Dholera's integrated school was awarded to Build Well Engineers at Rs 27.99 crore

The contract for an integrated school at Dholera went to M/s Build Well Engineers on 28 February 2025 at a project cost of Rs 27.99 crore, and construction started on 13 June 2025.

Confirmed by an official document: a government release, a filing, or the company's own published statement.

The report describes a school built to CBSE and IB standards running from nursery to twelfth standard, on a plot of 34,529 square metres with a built-up area of 6,082.11 square metres. The project management consultant is M/s TPF Engineering Pvt Ltd, and the contract is on an EPC basis, meaning one contractor holds both the design and the construction.

The school, the hospital and the fire station were all awarded within roughly ten weeks of each other, which is the clearest signal in the record that DICDL moved from trunk roads and pipes to the buildings people actually use.
