In the June 2025 monitoring report, Dholera's trunk infrastructure was still described as nearing completion

The central government's Delivery Monitoring Unit report on Dholera as at 30 June 2025 records 11 plots and 495 acres allotted, 300 MW of solar commissioned, and describes the region's trunk infrastructure works as nearing completion.

Confirmed by an official document: a government release, a filing, or the company's own published statement.

A Delivery Monitoring Unit report is a quarterly return in which the corridor agency states, to the department that oversees it, what has actually been approved, transferred and allotted. It is the least promotional document that exists about Dholera, which is why this site treats the series as a spine rather than as one story.

The June 2025 report is the baseline for everything that follows. It records roughly 920 square kilometres planned, a 22.5 square kilometre first phase activation area, 48.31 square kilometres transferred to DICDL, central packages of Rs 2,784.83 crore in five packages, 428 of the 495 allotted acres industrial, and 1,091 industrial acres still available.
