DICDL's own two annual reports describe the expressway with different lane counts
DICDL's 2023-24 report calls the Ahmedabad to Dholera road a six lane greenfield expressway at 51 percent physical progress. Its 2024-25 report calls the same road a 110 kilometre, four lane expressway at 95 percent progress.
Confirmed by an official document: a government release, a filing, or the company's own published statement.
The road ministry's own release gives the length as 109.019 kilometres with a 30 metre median designed for future expansion to eight lanes. So there are three descriptions of one road in three government documents, and we are printing all three rather than picking one.
The likely explanation is that a four lane road with a wide median is designed to become six or eight lanes later, and the earlier report described the design intent while the later one described what was being built. That is a reading, not a source, so the correct lane count stays unknown below.
The FY2023-24 annual report describes external connectivity as a '6-lane Greenfield Expressway from Ahmedabad to Dholera by NHAI' at 51 percent physical progress. The FY2024-25 report describes the same road as 'Ahmedabad-Dholera Greenfield Expressway (110 km, 4-lane)' at 95 percent physical progress.
