DICDL 9th Annual Report, financial year 2024-25
The single most useful document about Dholera that almost nobody has opened. 115 pages of statutory reporting from the company that actually builds the region, filed because company law requires it rather than because anybody wanted to publicise it. Thirty-four entries on this site come out of it.
It carries the construction contract awards with contractor names, award dates and rupee values on pages 22 to 29, the audited accounts, the notes disclosing the arbitration and the contractor claims on pages 99 to 101, the board and secretarial audit records, and the Comptroller and Auditor General's certificate.
